Pied Piper

 

For his young life he was called Mute, an experiment of Dr. Clamshell after he was in a terrible accident that damaged his brain.  If it wasn't for a wireless headset on his head unscrambling his broken brain waves he would be a mindless zombie or worse. Because of this Vincent has trouble doing the most simple of tasks, such as picking up a pencil, and has to wear special gloves that give him easier capability and the ability to use sound manipulation.
